Request to Add a Guest to Canvas Site

Please complete and submit this Form to ask for approval from your division dean to have guests added from your live course sites in Canvas each quarter.

In accordance with student privacy guidelines (FERPA), only enrolled students and assigned faculty should have access to live course sites unless there is a compelling reason such as:
  • Co-teacher
  • Course reviewer
To give guest access to non-employees or non-enrolled students, please request a Backup site for your live site where you can import the content of your live site and add People yourself. Once we set up the Backup site, you will be able to
